Fighting

Every single day I am fighting a battle. I am fighting with myself, I am fighting cravings, I fight against laziness, I fight and I fight hard.  It is a battle I wish to win.  This year is my year, this here is my song, my fight song.

Like a small boat
On the ocean
Sending big waves
Into motion
Like how a single word
Can make a heart open
I might only have one match
But I can make an explosion

And all those things I didn't say
Wrecking balls inside my brain
I will scream them loud tonight
Can you hear my voice this time?

This is my fight song
Take back my life song
Prove I'm alright song
My power's turned on
Starting right now I'll be strong
I'll play my fight song
And I don't really care if nobody else believes
'Cause I've still got a lot of fight left in me

    You do still have a whole lot fight left in you even though some days I know all too well that one is so tired of fighting all the goddam time! You're doing it for YOU! You are AMAZING!

    I know this feeling well....It feels like I have been fighting my weight since 25....giving birth to a 5kg baby and needing to lose weight.....
    and fighting I will continue.
